On May 6, 2016, (Middle and Senior Managerial Staff Training Camp) Class SMDP0401 of LONGi Corp. was formally opened, and at the opening ceremony, Ms. Song Xiaoran, Training and Development Manager of LONGi University, introduced the arrangement and requirements of the program.
To help students learn the ropes of the course quickly, all teams achieved amazing transformation from "teams" into "companies" in the camp opening activity. Six "companies" were established and six "CEO" took office, who would lead their respective team to finish a simulated two-year operation in the course lasting two days.
The big bosses had their own halos, didn't they?
All "companies" were operated in a simulated way, including such links as finance, procurement, production, and sales, on the sand tables and finally compared with each other based on stock price.
Through elaborative operation, six "companies" obtained different stock price indices in the end, and each index reflected the overall operation status of corresponding "company" from the dimensions of sales volume, product quality, and market share.
